• Lead a ~50-person org across web/mobile/data/cloud engineering.
• Build a lean, AI-enabled org to scale Hawk-Eye products.
• Own architecture, reliability, and governance for P&I engineering.
• Balance central standards with product/domain flexibility.
• Drive structured operational management and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to improve delivery speed.
