• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML engineers, data scientists
• Own the team's technical roadmap with engineering leadership and stakeholders; improve model
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models to improve identification performance across billions
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
• Collaborate with platform/API teams to understand requirements, performance, and latency
• Translate customer needs and business priorities into technical initiatives and product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field; at
• Proven experience delivering production ML systems, including data pipelines, feature engineering
• Track record building high-performing multidisciplinary teams (engineers, data scientists
• Strong ML and data systems understanding; familiarity with MLOps tooling (experiment tracking
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production; hands-on with data stack/analytics
