📋 Description
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML engineers, data
- Own the team’s technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Drive measurable model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at
- Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
- Collaborate with platform/API teams to meet performance and latency constraints.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field; at least 2 years leading
- Proven track record delivering production ML systems end-to-end (data pipelines to deployment).
- Strong experience building multidisciplinary teams with engineers, data scientists, analysts, or
- Deep ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, feature stores, model
- Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data; hands-on with data stacks and analytics tools
- Excellent communication to translate technical trade-offs for technical and non-technical audiences.
