Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML engineers, data
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive measurable model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
• Collaborate with platform/API teams to meet performance and latency constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field; at least 2 years leading
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems end-to-end (data pipelines to deployment).
• Strong experience building multidisciplinary teams with engineers, data scientists, analysts, or
• Deep ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, feature stores, model
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data; hands-on with data stacks and analytics tools
• Excellent communication to translate technical trade-offs for technical and non-technical audiences.
