📋 Description

• Oversee business processes supporting Medicaid/Medicare encounter submissions
• Analyze encounter and claims data for errors and trends
• Develop tools, reporting to improve data quality and efficiency
• Supervise support and technical associates with day-to-day direction
• Ensure consistent process execution and quality across the team
• Manage schedules, priorities, and workflow decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Medicare/Medicaid claims processing
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 1+ year with CAS, Edifecs, Optum or similar DOS 835/837 warehouses
• 2+ years advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
• 1+ year SQL experience for queries and analysis
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills
