Senior Director, Platform Engineering - SDLC & Cloud Native Foundations

📋 Description

• Senior Director-level leadership: accountable for platform standards, developer experience, and
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Developer Experience, and AI teams to define standards and
• Lead a team and guide cross-functional execution, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Focus on SDLC, CI/CD, and Cloud Native standards; set what good looks like and drive continuous
• Operate with a product mindset and act as a liaison rather than directly operating tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Developer Experience, or related
• Experience designing and scaling CI/CD platforms, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise standards.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, developer tooling, software supply chain
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and establish adoption of standards.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, cloud landing zones, IaC, and tooling governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to socialize standards with a large engineering community.
