CSFE Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional approaches, interactive courseware, and training solutions.
• Analyze training and media requirements for delivery methods.
• Develop objectives, assessments, and evaluation plans.
• Ensure integrity of training content, hierarchies, and evaluations.
• Design computer-based and web-based training and other tech-enabled learning.
• Create flow diagrams, storyboards, and instructional materials for multiple formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• 8+ years in instructional design/development or related area.
• Experience designing Navy training or curriculum.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge for instructional workflows.
• Experience developing courseware, CBT, WBT, storyboards, and assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with SMEs and stakeholders.
