📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery across penetration testing and red-team engagements.
• Establish testing methodologies, ROE, review gates, evidence, and reporting standards.
• Govern technical risk and ensure alignment with customer objectives and safety controls.
• Mentor offensive-security professionals and guide cross-domain challenges.
• Provide hands-on support across networks, apps, identity, cloud, exploit development, and adversary
• Translate complex findings into mission risk and business impact for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required; eligible for DHS EOD authorization.
• 8+ years in offensive-security with hands-on pentesting/red-team work.
• 5+ years leading complex engagements or teams.
• Expert in scope and governance across networks, apps, AD/identity, Linux, AWS/Azure, and production
• Strong scripting/automation and practical tool development skills.
• Advanced offensive-security certification (e.g., OSEP/OSCE, OSWE, GXPN, GPEN, OSED/OSEE, CRTO/CRTL)
