AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across complex programs
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for decision-making and automation
• Guide predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and intelligent decision-support
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through ML lifecycle from prototyping to production
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, explainability, and bias mitigation
• Integrate AI/ML into secure enterprise environments with governance and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master/PhD preferred
• 10+ years in AI/ML/analytics/software eng with hands-on AI cmd
• 5+ years building AI/ML in production with MLOps
• Hands-on AI development experience, not just architecture
• Strong Python, R, Java or similar
• Deep ML framework knowledge (TensorFlow, PyTorch); AWS SageMaker preferred
