📋 Description

• Oversee two local functions: Content Moderation and Content Authentication
• Manage a team of 6 moderators and authenticity agents
• Meet operational metrics and time-sensitive client commitments
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff for your teams
• Maintain training materials and updates to policies and procedures
• Coach team members and manage queue performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in moderation and/or fraud detection
• 1–2 years in a management role
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Strong data/trend analysis aptitude
• Excel at engaging with team members across locales
• Proficient in English (including modern slang); proficient with Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
