📋 Description

• The key focus for the Recruitment Relationship Manager II is to lead the successful fulfilment of
• Collaborate with and provide direction to RSSs and RCs in offshore delivery centers; coach/mentor
• Report to leadership and drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle; ambassador for the
• Undertake direct sourcing and manage requisitions to meet account KPIs; provide recruitment
• Coach candidates and provide open, timely feedback; develop pre-qualified Talent Pools with market
• Meet or exceed SLAs/KPIs and mentor team members assigned to the account.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR, ideally global.
• Experience in behavioral interviews, MSAs/SOWs, multiple concurrent searches, and analytics to
• Ability to influence without authority; experience creating sourcing plans and OFCCP compliance
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; prior ATS experience
• Ability to present to clients; bachelor’s degree preferred (tertiary qualification highly
