📋 Description

• Lead IPM-focused cultivation duties at Cresco Labs facility in Indiantown, FL.
• Perform and assist in pest and disease management within a regulated production environment.
• Maintain IPM logs and reports; ensure clean and safe cultivation facility operations.
• Support plant health through scouting, monitoring, and timely interventions.
• Adhere to Cresco Labs policies and state regulations for cultivation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ experience in a production facility; regulated field preferred, or equivalent
• Plant health scouting, pest/disease management, and logkeeping skills.
• Ability to fill IPM logs, maintain equipment cleanliness, and manage inventories of IPM supplies.
• Protective equipment usage and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• State pesticide applicator license considerations and compliance with regulations.
