📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, architecture, and implementation for complex programs.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and systems for decision-making and automation.
• Drive predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and intelligent decision-support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and bias mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science; Master/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.
• 5+ years building AI/ML in production; MLOps experience.
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java, etc.
• TensorFlow or PyTorch; AWS SageMaker experience preferred.
• Experience with secure, regulated environments and governance.
