Job Description
📋 Description
- Own the enterprise people reporting suite, delivering accurate weekly, biweekly, monthly
- Develop and maintain recruitment and workforce dashboards covering metrics such as open roles
- Lead enterprise turnover, retention, and workforce stability reporting, including trend analysis
- Use workforce, exit interview, engagement, performance, and employee movement data to identify root
- Apply statistical techniques such as trend analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, correlation
- Develop analytics and models supporting compensation, incentives, pay equity, internal equity
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related
- Demonstrated experience creating intuitive dashboards, reporting suites, and executive-level
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis
- Strong statistical and quantitative foundation, including experience with trend analysis
- Advanced experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday
- Experience analyzing recruitment, turnover, retention, compensation, performance, engagement
