AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across complex programs.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and autonomous systems for decision-making and automation.
• Guide development of predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and intelligent decision-support.
• Provide hands-on leadership through AI/ML lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and explainability.
• Integrate AI/ML in secure enterprise environments with cybersecurity and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related field; substantial hands-on experience with modern AI
• At least 5 years designing, developing, deploying AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming in Python, R, Java, or comparable languages.
• Deep knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with AWS SageMaker.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements.
