Sr. Construction Manager MEP

📋 Description

• Lead MEP delivery for Fleet data center buildings.
• Own scope, schedule, quality, safety alignment, and turnover readiness.
• Coordinate with CSA, BTM/Substation, engineers, and PMs.
• Oversee commissioning from Level 1 to 5 with ops teams.
• Manage budget, procurement, and risk for MEP discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in in-building MEP delivery on large-scale projects.
• Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software proficiency.
• Strong leadership of direct reports and multi-discipline coordination.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical, heavy mechanical cooling, controls/BMS.
• On-site, senior field role; data center or mission-critical background preferred.
