• Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist position at new clinic in Smithfield, NC.
• Provide patient care across PT continuum with mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based therapy.
• Collaborate with a regional network of clinics and local providers.
• In-house onboarding and ongoing mentorship for new grads.
• Support path to professional growth within Upstream Rehabilitation network.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Physical Therapist license (or eligible) in North Carolina.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven care in outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to ongoing learning.
• Hours may include full-time, part-time, or PRN to match clinic needs.
