📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research, including focus groups, structured
• Conduce market and competitive research to identify industry trends, benchmark EdTech solutions
• Develop systematic feedback and research loops that capture evolving user needs, measure changes in
• Plan and manage participant recruitment across diverse K-12 populations, including elementary
• Translate research findings, user pain points, and behavioral data into high-fidelity web designs
• Collaborate closely with front-end designers and engineers, providing practical design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX research, interface design, digital analytics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human
• Strong expertise with modern UI wireframing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or comparable
• Demonstrated ability to combine rigorous user research with hands-on interface and visual design
• Experience communicating research findings and design concepts to technical development teams
• Prior experience as a K-12 teacher, instructional coach, or school-level educator is highly valued
