📋 Description

• Lead the MTT Synchronization Cell and oversee scheduling, coordination, and deconfliction of all
• Synchronize instructor assignments, travel, equipment, facilities, and training locations across
• Maintain the master training calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximize operator
• Coordinate with JCU cadre, MTT instructors, NCR trainers, and training operations coordinators.
• Track instructor availability and surge capacity, including 15 surge instructors.
• Prepare status reports and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of DoW training management, at least 3 at joint/command level.
• Experience managing multi-site, concurrent training operations and complex scheduling.
• Leadership experience in a training cell/operations center or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Mobile Training Teams or distributed training is desirable.
