Job Description
📋 Description
- Install and commission additive manufacturing machines and associated ancillary equipment at
- Provide safety, operation, and maintenance training to customers and relevant personnel.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshoot equipment failures, determine root causes
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate spare parts, tools, and resources ahead of service interventions.
- Travel extensively throughout the United States, typically up to or exceeding 90% domestically.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or technical college qualification in mechanical, electrical, automation
- Up to 2 years of relevant field service experience in additive manufacturing, CNC machining, or
- Experience with additive manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic engineering principles; ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings; assemble or service
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to access ITAR-controlled data per U.S. export regulations.
