📋 Description

• Own complex engineering programs end to end, from initial definition and cross-functional planning
• Define and manage program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs and document key decisions with accountability.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand tech details and influence decisions.
• Serve as central coordination across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and GTM.
• Establish operating cadence with updates on health, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management with multi-team ownership.
• Strong technical intuition; ability to read engineering docs and challenge decisions.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives at scale with external milestones.
• Influence without authority; manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with engineers, product managers, execs, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for dependencies, risks, and priorities.
