📋 Description

• Execute Algolia's partner strategy across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) with Germany as
• Collaborate with consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners to embed Algolia in multi-technology
• Develop regional partner strategy and build technical/commercial motions to turn partnerships into
• Recruit and onboard new partners into the Algolia Partner Program; shape agentic/AI-driven
• Coordinate go-to-market, joint marketing, co-selling and enablement content with partners.
• Own pipeline creation and data accuracy for the DACH partner portfolio; report to Head of Global

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance/Channel/Partner role, tech/cloud/SI partners, recurring revenue.
• Strong technical fluency on APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infra; not hands-on engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and partner accelerator programs; cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud
• Business-side understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce and API-first architectures.
• Fluency in German (required) and English (required); track record in regional partner strategy.
• Salesforce experience for opportunity management; data accuracy and quality.
