📋 Description

• Measure control quality metrics across robots and fleet
• Develop pipelines to compute metrics from data
• Own metric definitions and versioning for comparability
• Develop automated test harnesses for deterministic evaluation
• CI integration across simulation and hardware-in-the-loop
• Build tooling to compare controller variants and releases

🎯 Requirements

• Robotics experience on real systems
• Strong Python, plus modern C++ for real-time code
• Built test automation/evaluation frameworks
• Data analysis: sampling, noise, significance
• Experience with ROS/ROS2, CI/CD, Git workflows
