IAM Architect - Saviynt

📋 Description

• Design and implement IAM solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with security, IT operations, and development teams to integrate IAM into systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and remediation options.
• Stay current with IAM/cybersecurity trends to enhance security posture.
• Guide stakeholders on IAM (access control, authentication, authorization, identity governance).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years designing/implementing IAM in large, complex environments.
• Experience leading Saviynt implementations (past 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, MFA.
• Hands-on with AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, PKI.
• Experience with Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock or similar.
