Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Lead motion graphics and video content for campaigns across digital, social, CRM, web, TV and OOH
• Develop concepts, storyboards and motion treatments to bring ideas to life
• Edit footage with sound, color, captions and overlays to polished assets
• Drive craft across briefs ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency
• Deliver assets in multiple formats and channel specs
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, social and production teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong motion design principles: typography, composition, pacing, storytelling
• Experience delivering motion/video from concept to final execution
• Knowledge of social platforms, formats and channel requirements
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management
