🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in player acquisition/affiliate marketing, 2+ in leadership
• Experience with crypto casino products
• Proven multi-channel acquisition strategy experience
• Strong CAC/CPA, conversion, ROI understanding
• Hands-on affiliate program management and fraud prevention
• Partnership/negotiation with affiliates and influencers
