📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, annual and long-range planning, roadmaps, metrics, and governance for
• Establish operating cadence, leadership forums, reviews, and accountability routines
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Practice Consulting, National Accounts, Marketing
• Shape the operating model, roles, decision rights, and processes for proactive execution
• Prepare concise executive communications and strategic narratives for senior leadership
• Manage dashboards, scorecards, and progress updates to track performance and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or related fields
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and executive communication
• Proven ability to turn strategy into disciplined execution and scalable processes
• Some travel up to 20% may be required
