Quality Control Manager

📋 Description

• The Site Quality Manager leads QA/QC for Fleet data center campuses.
• Independent reporting to Quality Control Director to avoid schedule pressure bias.
• Partners with site team for integrated QA/QC and commissioning readiness.
• Ensure conformance with Fleet design docs, specs, and standards.
• Oversee owner-side inspection programs and verification points.
• Manage nonconformance tracking and closure actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent QA/QC exp.
• 10+ years QA/QC on large-scale, fast-tracked projects; leadership exp preferred.
• Know-how of QA/QC across CSA/MEP, ITPs, NCRs, turnover docs.
• Familiar with codes/standards & commissioning interfaces (L1–L5).
• Procore proficiency; MS Office; QA tools.
• Preferred: data center/mission-critical experience; quality creds (CQM/CWI).
