Retail Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day retail ops for M-KOPA Uganda
• Oversee service centres, depots, partners, and outlets
• Own stock, governance, and multi-channel execution
• Escalate and resolve blockers across departments
• Coach retail teams and act as HRBP for the function

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations or equivalent
• Proven multi-site ops leadership at scale
• Retail, inventory, and returns management track record
• Data-driven, KPI-focused with dashboards and insights
• Experience with partner/contract management a plus
