📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer
• Own or support an account plan; manage day-to-day execution; ensure strong customer experience
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet AI/ML objectives
• Identify customer needs and operator pain points; ensure customer success
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing enterprise-scale delivery
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to be onsite with the Omaha customer 4 days/week; travel ~25%
