📋 Description

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team across frontend, backend, and full-stack
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with reliability, scalability, and quality.
• Partner with Product, Design, Mobile, Backend, and AI teams to translate problems into technical
• Drive architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure
• Establish and maintain engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, security
• Stay technically engaged through architecture/code reviews and critical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems.
• Experience leading or managing engineers and owning delivery.
• Depth across backend/frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud infra.
• Ability to balance delivery speed with scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Proven track record from concept to launch and production ops.
• Comfort reviewing designs, challenging decisions, and debugging production issues.
