AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation
• Develop, integrate, and deploy scalable AI/ML models
• Drive predictive analytics, automation, and decision-support solutions
• Hands-on leadership through lifecycle from prototyping to production
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, and bias mitigation
• Integrate AI into secure environments with governance and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master’s/PhD preferred
• 10+ years in AI/ML, analytics, or related field; hands-on with modern AI
• At least 5 years designing/deploying AI/ML in production (MLOps)
• Proven hands-on AI development experience
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java
• Deep ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch; AWS SageMaker preferred
