• You will work across performance verticals (Dating first, then Health & Fitness, etc.) driving

🎯 Requirements

• Creative production for performance marketing in dating, social, gaming, or high-volume consumer
• Proven track record building or improving creative processes with real financial results.
• Hands-on experience with production/planning tools (Airtable or similar) and analytics tools
• Experience with competitor research tools; strong communication and team management under deadlines.
