- Lead Elastic's global external communications strategy across corporate, business, technical
- Translate technical product narratives into stories for IT decision-makers and media audiences.
- Oversee specialist technical communications and partner with product and engineering leaders.
- Build an always-on earned influence engine with multi-channel storytelling.
- Lead corporate and business communications and maintain media relationships.
- Collaborate with Analyst Relations and Social & Editorial teams to amplify priority stories.
🎯 Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in external or corporate communications within enterprise
- Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with Product and Engineering leaders.
- Proven ability to translate highly technical products into compelling stories for CIOs, CISOs
- Experience leading specialist technology communications teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Data- and intelligence-led approach to communications strategy and measurement.
- Track record of using AI, automation, and new operating approaches to improve effectiveness.
