Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain core mobile product experiences across auth, search, profiles, photos
• Analyze and improve key funnels: registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging, match/conversion.
• Own analytics for core mobile journeys to drive product improvements.
• Monitor and improve push notifications, deep links, and real-time features.
• Support monetization efforts via in-app revenue metrics and initiatives.
• Build Flutter apps for iOS and Android with scalable architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Flutter and Dart 3.x production experience (iOS & Android).
• Solid architecture knowledge: UI, domain/use cases, repositories.
• Hands-on with BLoC and Provider; GetIt for DI; GoRouter for navigation.
• Experience with Dio for networking and immutable data models (built_value).
• Experience with multi-flavor/white-label apps and Firebase setups.
• Automated tests: unit and widget tests; familiarity with bloc_test or BDD is a plus.
