Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex engineering programs end to end across multiple teams
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and GTM teams
• Provide clear program health updates to execs and stakeholders
• Identify risks and blockers and drive cross-functional resolution
• Improve productivity with lightweight, AI-native approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management for multi-team engineering programs
• Strong technical intuition to read design docs and discuss sequencing
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives at scale with external milestones
• Ability to influence without authority and manage ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and leaders
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage dependencies and risks
