Fulfillment Center Lead

📋 Description

• Lead fulfillment center operations with an emphasis on mentoring, training, and developing the team.
• Track production metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement; report to management.
• Perform other duties, rotate shifts/departments, and work extended hours/holidays as needed.
• Ensure timely pass downs, reports, and timecard review; arrive early and stay late as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a team member in Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
• Understand safety procedures and document accidents/incidents timely.
• Results-driven with proactive obstacle handling to meet deadlines.
• Assist managers with long-term operational strategic planning.
