(Junior) IT Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site IT support for desktop, laptops, peripherals, and lab devices across multiple locations
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver projects with minimal disruption to operations
• Travel monthly to Maastricht, Bruges, Cologne, and Amsterdam to support offices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT Field Service or Desktop Support
• Strong Windows knowledge and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, and laptop imaging
• Familiar with ITIL and customer-focused communication
• Independent work across multiple locations; English fluent, Dutch preferred
• Valid Dutch driving license
