📋 Description
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team
- Own the team's technical roadmap with stakeholders
- Drive model accuracy across billions of devices
- Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, model dev, eval, deployment
- Partner with platform/API teams on requirements and latency
- Collaborate with Product to translate needs into initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field
- At least 2 years leading ML/data science teams
- Proven track record delivering production ML systems
- Experience building multidisciplinary teams
- Strong ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tools
- Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data
