📋 Description
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team spanning ML engineers, data
- Own the team’s technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional
- Drive measurable model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at
- Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
- Partner with platform and API teams on requirements, performance, and latency constraints.
- Collaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to translate needs into initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field; 2+ years leading ML/data
- Proven experience delivering production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, training
- Track record building multidisciplinary teams with engineers, data scientists, analysts, or
- Strong technical understanding of ML and data systems; familiarity with MLOps tools (experiment
- Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
- Hands-on familiarity with data stack/analytics Eng tools like dbt or similar.
