Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with stakeholders
• Drive model accuracy by training, evaluating, deploying ML models
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model dev
• Collaborate with platform/API teams on requirements and latency
• Translate customer needs into technical initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field
• 2+ years leading an ML/data science team
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems
• Experience building multidisciplinary teams
• Strong ML/data systems understanding; MLOps familiarity
• Excellent communication; ability to simplify complex topics
