AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across programs.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models for decision-support and automation.
• Guide predictive analytics and automation frameworks; mentor teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership through lifecycle from prototyping to production.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Ensure AI/ML in secure environments with governance, compliance & ethics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Math; Master/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related fields with hands-on experience.
• 5+ years building AI/ML in production with MLOps.
• Strong programming: Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Deep ML frameworks: TensorFlow or PyTorch; AWS SageMaker experience preferred.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments; governance & compliance.
