Job Description
📋 Description
- Oversee multiple data center builds in region during physical delivery phase.
- Lead regional Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians to deliver ahead of deadlines.
- Coordinate between on-site team and PM/Procurement/Regional DC Ops teams.
- Manage action plans from kickoff through delivery for each build.
- Travel to regional sites to provide hands-on support and decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of data center topology, deployment, and infrastructure
- 5+ years of computer hardware experience
- 2+ years of Linux experience
- 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience
