📋 Description
- Installation, configuration, and ongoing management of O/S and AZURE services.
- Implementing and maintaining custom client machine images and centralized configuration management
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensuring clients & partners are updated on status of work and issues.
- Raise, investigate, and resolve problems and known errors in line with the problem management
- Ability to proactively improve automation and processes via ongoing improvement Kanban board.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in highly supporting customer-focused mission critical environments.
- 4+ years’ experience engineering, architecting, or supporting AZURE solutions.
- Current AZURE Associate and Professional Certifications.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable auto-scaled environments using
- Terraform, Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash/Perl, Git, containers (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools; TCP/IP knowledge.
