Model Governance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the life cycle of models; review development and monitor performance
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and technology teams for deployments and changes
• Lead Model Governance Committee meetings
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to model governance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years in analytics in banking/financial services
• Hands-on experience in developing credit risk models
• Knowledge of modeling frameworks: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree
• ML techniques/algorithms such as Gradient Boost, KNN, etc.
• Strong programming: Python, SQL, PySpark
• Understanding of credit bureau is a plus
