• Lead and develop analytics engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data/analytics engineering or BI
• 2+ years in technical leadership
• Advanced SQL, Databricks, dbt
• Scale data pipelines in cloud envs
• Experience with data modeling, testing, governance
• Strong stakeholder management
