Project Specialist I

📋 Description

• Assist in project planning and schedule management
• Coordinate implementation and cross-department collaboration
• Plan, update and execute project plans with issue resolution
• Create and distribute status reports and project documentation
• Oversee project financial management to meet timelines and budget
• Serve as primary contact for small customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of customer-facing planning and delivery roles
• Must qualify for CAPM within 18 months
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients at operational levels
• Demonstrated collaborative partnership with stakeholders
