AI/ML Technical Architect Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy, solution architecture, and implementation across complex programs.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models and intelligent systems for decision-making and automation.
• Oversee data pipelines, MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Ensure AI/ML in secure enterprise environments with governance, compliance, and cybersecurity
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams through production deployment and optimization.
• Transition prototypes into reliable, scalable production systems while advising on emerging AI tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/PhD preferred) in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related field; 5+ years hands-on production AI/ML experience
• Strong coding: Python, R, Java (or comparable languages).
• Deep ML framework expertise (TensorFlow, PyTorch); experience with AWS SageMaker.
• Experience integrating AI in secure/restricted environments; knowledge of governance/regulatory
• Hands-on experience with RAG and agentic AI technologies; cloud experience (AWS preferred
