📋 Description

• Onsite maintenance technician for Villages at McCullers Walk, Raleigh, NC
• Maintain apartments and resolve service requests daily
• Use AIR’s tech tools to prioritize and complete tasks
• Turn units for move-ins and ensure residents feel at home
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support residents

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends/on-call shifts
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies
• Ability to lift heavy equipment; good English literacy
