📋 Description

• Negotiate network participation agreements directly with health plans including new agreements
• Manage and track deliverables and document repositories
• Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with terms
• Perform comprehensive rate analyses
• Track and report on key contract metrics
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successfully execute network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ yrs experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers
• Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics
• Strong analytics and risk assessment skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish, sustain, and improve payer
