Service Technician

📋 Description

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial roofs.
• Communicate findings and next steps to supervisors and customers.
• Work independently or with a service crew per project needs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in commercial roofing service or related field.
• Ability to read instructions and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofs, or roof coatings.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
